I can’t present this as fact. But, from the evidence I have seen over the last five years I don’t think it is theory. I too think we have just witnessed the birth of Star Fleet.

Did the Galactic Federation just release its Prime Directive?

The Prime Directive is to serve as a moral, ethical guide and legal template.

The Prime Directive is applicable to all cultures in any world that have not yet achieved interstellar travel capacity and have not established an organized continuous relationship with an evolved external interstellar culture.

Nothing within these articles shall authorize the Galactic Federation of worlds personnel to intervene in matters which are essentially of the domestic, local or private jurisdiction of any planetary system, or shall require the members to submit such matters to settlement under any articles of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

As the right of each sentient species to live following the greater universal law of Free Will, in accordance with its natural and biological cultural evolution is considered sacred, no members or personnel of the Galactic Federation of Worlds may interfere with the normal, autonomous and healthy development of native life, society and culture. Such interference includes introducing superior knowledge, strength or technology, to a world whose members and society are incapable of handling such advantages wisely, judged on their present level of spiritual, moral and technological evolution.

The Galactic Federation of Worlds cannot expose an evolving species to technology that the species has not yet discovered or is currently capable of developing and using.

Sharing and seeding of technology above the lesser evolved race evolutionary capability of understanding is prohibited or taken to the necessary minimum.

It is forbidden to interact or communicate with any native resident of a lesser evolved planet or culture using any device, appliance, machine, tool, weapon, or invention representing an improvement upon the science and technology already in existence upon said planet.

Spiritual and moral knowledge should also be restricted to a bare and necessary minimum only using communication methods and devices at the current level of understanding of the lesser evolved race.

It is not permitted to make contact with or interfere with lesser evolved races unless they are threatened by an outside source. In that case it is the moral obligation of the personnel of the Galactic Federation of Worlds to evaluate the situation to determine a suitable course of action.

Federation personnel may not violate this Prime Directive, unless they are acting to right an earlier violation or an accidental contamination of said culture.

This directive takes precedence over any and all other considerations, and carries with it the highest moral obligation.

There are 100’s of articles, reports and eyewitness accounts supporting 1000’s of miles of underground DUMBS, 100’s of FEMA camps and Walmart jails joined by tunnels. There are photos of all of this in support. All of this could be clever propaganda or fraudulent information. What do we know for sure?

We (the world) are being led down a path of no return. We will never return to the status quo we once knew. We are the last generation to see a world with such different societies, governments or philosophies.
At the end of this path one of two worlds will exist. Either a (GROUP A) totalitarian-hierarchical government, rigid and militia-enforced society where everyone of the working class is treated equally by the ruling class or a (GROUP B) worldwide pact (federation) for each country to be treated equally and run by its TRANSPARENT government as long as human rights are not violated. The guidelines will be enforced by public opinion. Anyone abusing someone or a group will not be tolerated but ostracized.
GROUP A is currently falsifying elections, creating a plandemic, depopulating the Earth, (see item 5) destroying many countries (USA and Australia are the most noticeable) and preparing for more false-flag events to prolong defeat.
GROUP B has put a kink in Group A’s plans by releasing information about Group A’s plans. Group B has stated it has defeated much of Group A’s efforts but has not surfaced to prove it. Group B states they want us to see and understand how evil Group A is so we will never forget what happens when people or groups are not held accountable for their actions. Also, never to forget this is what happens when public actions are not transparent. The fact that we have no tangible proof of Group B’s actions is not an accident. Group B has, allegedly, consistently covered up its actions to avoid detection by Group A.
Never has such an operation as the plandemic and “vaccine” been executed worldwide. Never have the world governments operated in such a coordinated, instantaneous and illogical manner. This can ONLY be accomplished by coercion from the TOP. This takes years of planning! Why would the US government continue to promote a vaccine that KILLS many more people than all other vaccines COMBINED! Why would we be promoting a shot proven to build the immune system to a point of self destruction when a virus attacks a few months later. There are 4 “vaccines”. 3 of the 4 are designed to cause deadly consequences under certain future circumstances. They contain, in different quantities, chemicals to cause blood clots, to react to microwave energy and form blockages, to use the immune system to kill.
We know for sure if we are to defeat the EVIL Group A it will require a change in our attitude. We must not be willing to accept anything less than transparency in public actions and policies. THIS STARTS WITH GROUP B COMING FORWARD AND TELLING US THE TRUTH OF WHAT THEY HAVE ACCOMPLISHED AND WHAT IS LEFT TO BE DONE. We can’t help or back them otherwise. This can only be done over the EBS with clear proof of results.
What I know for sure is that approximately 30% of the population will never change its mind no matter what proof is offered. The rest are losing conviction each day that goes by without any backup of what has been done. Group B’s supporters are empty handed when they go to explain to others what is happening. This leaves them with NO credibility.
What we know for sure is we are out of time! From September 11, 2021 forward we either become an informed group working together with oness and trust or we start losing the backing and faith of those who have supported Group B.
